When my wife, Rose, and I finally made the transition to split our time between the beautiful area of Central Florida and our roots back home, I quickly realized something: the sheer volume of information out there can be overwhelming. From navigating local tax exemptions and understanding the real estate market, to choosing between master-planned communities or quiet local towns, the learning curve is steep.

I launched The Florida Retirement Guide to be the resource I wish I’d had.
